Our 2-Year Health Guarantee is designed to protect you and your puppy, giving you complete confidence in your adoption.

 1. Vet-Checked & Fully Certified

All puppies leave our home only after being thoroughly evaluated by a licensed veterinarian. Each puppy comes with:

• A full health examination

• Up-to-date vaccinations

• Deworming treatments

• Health certificate signed by a licensed vet

• Microchip information (if applicable)

• A detailed vaccination & medical record booklet

We ensure every puppy is healthy at the time of adoption.

 2. Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our breeding lines. For this reason, we provide a 2-year guarantee against all serious genetic or life-threatening hereditary conditions, including:

• Heart defects

• Liver problems

• Kidney disease

• Severe congenital disorders

• Life-impacting respiratory issues

• Other major inherited health conditions

If your veterinarian diagnoses a qualifying genetic condition within the guarantee period, you will be eligible for:

• A replacement puppy, OR

• A partial refund, depending on your contract terms.

 3. 72-Hour Initial Health Window

We encourage all families to take their new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for a wellness check.
If the vet finds any major, life-impacting health concerns during this window (excluding minor, treatable issues), please contact us immediately.

We will work with you to resolve the situation quickly and professionally.

 4. What Is Not Covered

Like all reputable breeders, our guarantee does not cover:

• Minor, common, or easily treatable puppy ailments (e.g., mild diarrhea, stress-related symptoms, minor parasites)

• Injuries or accidents caused after adoption

• Poor nutrition, neglect, or improper care

• Illnesses resulting from exposure after the puppy leaves our home

• Conditions caused by failure to follow vet recommendations

• Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) due to improper feeding

• Non-life-threatening cosmetic issues

• Viral infections picked up after leaving our facility

We provide full guidance to help you care for your puppy properly.

 5. Required Owner Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this guarantee, owners must:

• Provide proper nutrition

• Ensure routine vet check-ups

• Keep vaccinations updated

• Follow all care instructions provided

• Seek immediate vet care if health concerns arise

• Avoid exposure to high-risk environments before full vaccination
